Resident threatened with vandalism if he doesn't display sign supporting Walker

By Stefanie Scott
March 6, 2012 8:58 a.m.

................................

According to a Wauwatosa Police Department report:

The resident of Elm Spring Avenue had been featured a few weeks ago in a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article about damage to his Recall Walker yard sign. He believes the letter came in direct response, with it addressed to "crybaby."

He took the letter to police at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday.

"You look pompous now. You need a Stand for Walker sign in your front yard by next week," the letter read. "Then no more problems. Otherwise your windows go."

the other thing is how no one addressed the actual issue of intimidation. The closest they came was "the other side does it too!" No on stopped to say "whether or not this actually happened, let's try to be proud of our Wisconsin heritage and encourage civility at every level."

That's the real damage Walker has done. He's lowered the discourse to civil war levels.

I don't think it's too good to be true. 'tosa leans red and has many Walker supporters

I'm in 'tosa in a pretty red neighborhood but it's not tea-hadist.

when it comes to being proactive about protecting their families?

You should see the looks I get when I go to gun show with my Dad and son, wearing this T-shirt.

They get soooo confused at that.

The person that is being harassed and vandalized is, in the conservative mind, inferior to the walker supporter, therefore the walker supporter is entitled to break any law they want against the victim.
