Deadline to get insurance through Nevada exchange may be extended

CARSON CITY — Gov. Brian Sandoval said he is leaning toward supporting an extension of the deadline to sign up for health insurance through the state exchange, which has been plagued with technical problems.

But Sandoval said today he wants to hear from stakeholders and those who have been unable to enroll through the Silver State Health Insurance Exchange before making a final decision.

The deadline to sign up for insurance without penalty is March 31, but regulations permit granting an extension of 30 to 60 days.

Sandoval is a Republican up for re election.

Sandoval said he would put in place? Oh,that's by the end of the year. This is how the Teabuggers deal with our state laws. By the way,local media is all over this item,and they refuse to ask this P.O.S. of a Governor where are the new hires. But,they can run bullshit stories on all of the delays in people not getting Insurance. Duh!!!!!!

Forgot,Sheldon has to approve any actions,his employees might receive something of value.
