The House Ways and Means Committee on Wednesday voted along party lines to refer former Internal Revenue Service official Lois Lerner to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution for alleged actions relating to the IRSs targeting controversy.
Republicans said they have evidence that Lerner helped direct IRS targeting efforts specifically aimed at conservative groups, and that she misled investigators and exposed confidential taxpayer information.
House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-Mich.) said in a letter to Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. that the information suggests willful misconduct and possible violations of multiple federal criminal statues by Lerner, who headed an IRS division that reviews tax-exemption applications.
The 23-14 vote on Wednesday took place behind closed doors so that lawmakers could discuss protected taxpayer information.

When Republicans are accused of ANYTHING; they are merely targets of partisan politics, who love America more than Democrats.

before any decision is made to even think about putting this women on trial....I suspect that their evidence is as flimsy as their cases against the IRS and Bengasi.....
Maybe the should do some actual investigation on a lot of other actual criminal cases , Like Sandy Funds misappropriations, or Wasting 25 million dollars on shutting down the government, trying to repeal the ACA, or the continuing corruption between Teapublican's and the Wealthy and their constant drumbeat of "WAR,WAR,WAR" ........(War on Women and Women's rights, War on Middleclass and Poor, War on students, war on Minority's, War on Latino's, War on seniors, war on those with out healthcare, war on homeowners, war on working people.......Their constant drumbeat is so obviously is plain view, for all to see......And I haven't even got into the lies and deceit they conduct themselves while doing all of this.....(That is for another blog conversation)
Leader of all of this, Darrel Issa..... Issa is a "ledged" criminal, "ledged, but never proven" - Burned down his business for insurance fraud, got caught stealing a car, and never spent one day in jail.....
A criminal in charge of a committee investigating criminal cases....The Irony! ( I guess it takes a criminal to catch a criminal, but he was a lousy criminal to start with, so maybe that explains why he hasn't had one conviction while he has been in charge! (He is a lousy investigator)

Her answer, saying to the effect that conservative groups were investigated more frequently than liberal political groups, instigated the whole brouhaha we witness now.
