White House to Detail Ebola Response Plan in Briefing.

Under mounting pressure over their handling of the Ebola crisis, White House officials are planning a Friday afternoon briefing to outline how the government is responding to the epidemic.
The 4:30 p.m. briefing will feature administration officials including Lisa Monaco, assistant to the president for homeland security and counterterrorism; Sylvia Mathews Burwell, secretary of health and human services; and Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the National Institutes of Health.
