Fox wrongly reports on Colo. ballots

Source: 9NEWS NBC-Denver

Tuesday's episode of a Fox News host Megyn Kelly's program incorrectly told viewers that Colorado voters are now able to print ballots using their home computers and vote by turning them in...

Kelly referenced Gov. John Hickenlooper's (D-Colorado) signing of a new election law advanced by his fellow Democrats in the state legislature in 2013.

The host described it as a "first of its kind election law: a set of rules that literally allows residents to print ballots from their home computers, then encourages them to turn ballots over to 'collectors' in what appears to be an effort to do away with traditional polling places."

While traditional polling places are a thing of the past because of the law, the claim that it allows for home-printed ballots is simply false.

1. Well, Fox "News" isn't news. It's entertainment. That's why it's part of the entertainment group. nt

FAUX all day long, calls me and tells me this information. He goes apeshit on how f'ed up Colorado is. I'm no genius, but I knew he was wrong. After I hung up, it took me less than 60 seconds to look up the voting rules for Colorado. I had to send them to him, with some smartass remarks on how misinformed he was. Now I know where he heard it. One would think that an easy story like this would have been researched for 60 seconds to find out how true it was before airing it. It's that same old shit with FAUX. They are so misinformed, and the trolls that listen to their bullshit, just eat it up and spread it like wildfire.

Fox and the other networks have figured out this society is so lazy, that gullible will sell, as for Colorado, I lived there for many years and these folks are descent people but ......... to have a blonde hypocrite say something illegal is something else about what voting is like, she has no morals.
Instead, as a public service they ( Fox, Channel 9, CNN, ABC, NBC, MSNBC and others) should have a public statement saying that voting is this November 2 and this is what you are suppose to do end of story

Megyn Kelly isn't a journalist she's a pretty face and empty mind paid to puke out talking points she doesn't understand. No one expects her to do the research and fact checking any 12 year old can do, that's not her job. She's paid to be a vacuous witless nattering bimbo who prats away cluelessly about what ever topic is on the top of the fear mongering FOX agenda.

All the commenters and reporters tell LIES and give out mis information. They are running the GOP. Kelly and many others on Fox are the worst LIERS and smile while telling lies. Some days viewers will wake up to the fact that FOX NEWS is the real terrorist in the USA, Worst then ISIS. They say Kelly and others have big college degrees, but you couldn't tell by the LIES they tell.

Was a correction issued? I know FOX News doesn't correct much but this is especially egregious. Everyone watching in Colorado knows it's not true.
