Sarah Palin Finally Fulfills Her Godly Purpose Of Destroying The GOP
You thought Sarah Palin was a non-entity, didnt ya? Guess again, liberal elite suckers! But this time shes working for you; Sister Sarah is doing for you what no other conservative could.
Palin is finally fulfilling the mission I always knew she had in her and that God surely designed the secessionist-adjacent for. She is dividing and destroying the Republican Party. Yup. The good old boys of the GOP are getting a taste of Mama Grizzly Gone Rogue and that crap sandwich doesnt taste so good!
See, Tea Party queen Sarah Palin has all but endorsed Newt Gingrich (he who cannot get elected). She did this Sarah Style, from her Facebook Bunker on Friday, and of course, typical Sarah, her words dont allow her to be pinned down on this issue. She made her point by attacking the GOP establishment elite for their attacks against Newt the-ethics-violator-Gingrich, who is her preferred Tea Party choice. Naturally.
He does so embody the Tea Party and Sarah Palin on her better days, but more than that, Newtie promised Sarah a job in his administration, and we all know that Sister Sarah has been shrinking from lack of media attention. A job? Nay, a Title!

(15,189 posts)A title. Hmm! But wouldn't she make a good Secretary of State. LOL! Other countries would just love to work with such a folksy rebel.

(27,985 posts)That alone was hilarious. Oh, that woman, she just gives and gives and gives. I'm so happy to see her out and about again. Never a day goes by when I don't wish Sarah was in the clown car with the rest of those yahoos. She is pure comedy gold, that woman!

(36,974 posts)it's still not too late for her to jump into the race - LOL
I read today that Trump is nosing around to see if there would be enough 'financial support' out there for him if he were to run third party.
It will be one hell of a clown show if Trump and Palin both decide to jump in in the Spring.

(27,985 posts)But if I'm wrong, let the true comedy begin. So far, it's only been absurd, but with her, it would sublime stupidity. And it's not like "our guy" can lose against any of these losers and she's the ultimate loser. Wouldn't you so enjoy "In What Way, Barack?" at the debates, though her and President Obama on the same stage wouldn't be a debate. For all my complaints about President Obama, he is extremely intelligent and she is so, so stupid, she wouldn't even know what hit her. I'd watch every "debate" just for the comic value.
Gifted Scholar vs Half Term Grifter. It's like a bad reality show but in that good way where you have to stop watching for a minute to get the stitch out of your side. While our President has been far too careful and nuanced as a leader, he is one of the best candidates ever to cross the Presidential stage and Palin was the worst, without compare(Well, Dubya wasn't far off the floor). Jon Stewart could take a month off and let pet monkeys write this shit, heck it would just magically write itself.

(332 posts)As HLMencken might have said, you're gonna get it ... good and hard.
I chuckle. Back when McCain picked her as his running mate, they must have thought it was a stroke of genius. Imagine! I male-heavy, heavy-male, heavy-male-priviledged, chauvinistic group like the GOPs selected a woman as veep! This is enlightened, just like Democrats might have done! This'll prove that the GOP is really truly interested in women and respects them as equals, or at least looks like they do.
Heh.
Little did they know that they were providing the electrical spark to their own Palinstein, a chimera built of their misperceptions and maladroitness about how to rule the world. Once activated, she broke the leash early on, went rogue, and has been stomping what's left of the GOP's reputation flat like a crazed elephant, and refuses to brook criticism because ... well, if you do, you're obviously threatened by an attractive and smart woman in power.
Except that she's not smart. And while she isn't ugly, she's not all THAT attractive - if the outside is informed by the inside.
She's just a force of nature ... in the Hurricane Andrew way.
Enjoy your Palinstein, GOP. You earned her.

(15,373 posts)embedded in the article as well. What was interesting (to me anyway) is that all of the FB responders cited there voiced their POVs more coherently (e.g., less word-saladish) than Sister Sarah ever has.
While I certainly did not agree with their conclusions (most concluded that Santorum was the only candidate that they could support), at least one could follow their logic. It is their original premises that are at fault.
Here is that link, if anyone wants to go directly to it: http://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2012/01/on-sarah-palins-facebook-page-a-revolt-against-newt-gingrich/252176/#.Tycl4rIg1d1.twitter

(25,111 posts)the tea brats want to branch off and form their own party of misfits. Gawd only knows how much money they have, and I'm talking about their 1%, ie Koch Brothers, et al.,
Their army of low information misfits are their ground troops, ya know, the ones who can't spell when making posters and/or speak coherently without spewing racial and death threats and spouting war war war (ww3). These low information ground troops didn't know that medicare is run by the government or ssi is not broke but has enough money for approximately 25 or more years. That education - the proper education would lift their sorry arses up to the upper middle class or even the 1%, duh.
But the 1% wants Americans stupid and when people are dumb they tend to be easier to control. That my friends is the logic of the 1% GOPs.

(844 posts)Sarah likes to run through doors that her private door man, God, opens.
Therefore God, using Sara's boobs, convinced McCain to choose as a running mate a totally unqualified, unveted, inexperienced, air head who tanked his bid for the presidency.
That is the only logical explanation for the Billy Kristol, McCain et al to have made such a terrible choice.
God chose Obama and made sure he won.
Get on you knees and say Amen, Sarah.
