Torture is a war crime the government treats like a policy debate (Trevor Timm 6-17-15 Guardian)

Let's debate the fact that torture is "policy" and no one is held accountable here in HOMELAND INC!

The Torture Archive (The National Security Archive)

There are many forms of torture, including "no touch" torture which some elements in the CIA pioneered and standardized utilizing the neurosciences.

What do you think about the policy of torture in its many forms here in The United States of America?

Holder: Won't criminalize terror policy disputes
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/feedarticle/8470942

Associated Press Writer= WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General Eric Holder left open the possibility Thursday to prosecuting former Bush administration officials but ruled out filing charges merely over disagreements about policy.

"I will not permit the criminalization of policy differences," Holder testified before a House Appropriations subcommittee.

"However, it is my responsibility as attorney general to enforce the law. It is my duty to enforce the law. If I see evidence of wrongdoing I will pursue it to the full extent of the law," he said.

Reich-the medical profession was second. "I will not permit the criminalization of policy differences."="We don't torture/Well we tortured some folks..." it's the law, blah, blah, blah.

Torture is policy here in America in many ways and forms.

We, the people must end it and hold accountable the architects and enablers. The DoJ isn't monolithic about this.

Special Access Programs=kill lists and torture plus a lot more "secret" crimes imo.

What do you think?
