The key 2016 issue is outrage over a rigged system by special interests. There's a reason Hillary doesn't get it

And the GOP candidate may end up being Cruz..

Or Clinton

Sound familiar?

Win by deception as to true intentions. Pretend to be a Democrat but actually be much more right wing.

Making people dislike Dems - especially if the natural gas deal happens and a lot of people in cities lose their rented homes because of the cost rise in energy.

The central point being that most people are not for Donald Trump and they are not for Hillary Clinton.

What makes it rather a pipe dream to think of Bernie winning the Presidency isn't the fact that he lacks a majority of voters, but the the fact that despite the largest number of voters, that is, 40%, no longer remaining beholden to anyone inside the Establishment, it is the Establishment leadership that gets to have their candidates become the front runners.

So we have the majority being excluded from picking who runs!!

Why doesn't anyone at Salon mention that fact!

Not after the last two debates.

Maybe they don't care about how the Democratic party is seen if they get their trade deals, after all, they take so much power away from the government it could be said to be a sort of ceremonial government with no real power, at least on the issues that matter - to corporations. (And if that explains why the trade deals are more important to them, they will then get cushy think tank or lobbying jobs, the revolving door.) But the people wont ever forget them for doing this.

If they nominate Hillary - I likely will then change my registration to independent and write in Bernie.

I agree with you, its really crazy to have a party thats so out of touch like this.

This point the article makes about Clinton's lack of cluefulness is accurate. You can see it in her face and her language.

She's changed a lot since 2008 too, she is no longer at all convincing.

To follow Obama in the same policy direction, she would need to be a much better liar!

She's doing everything she can to get a Democrat in the white House without breaking any laws.
