GOP says corporations R going overseas for lower taxes - so what do the "welfare states" have right?
As of Nov 2015, 18 corporations have moved their home offices to European countries, 6 moved to Canada. So, how do the Republicans explain corporations finding better tax situations in those 'awful' 'welfare states' of Europe which are supposed to have high taxes?
Now, as the article below points out 23 corporations have moved to the Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. These are obvious tax dodges. But how do the explain the 24 corporations that moved to European countries and Canada?

(4,667 posts)ISDS is investor vs. state. Special rigged courts for corporations to sue countries.
Because of ISDS they likely will be able to sue the US for compensation in advance for changing any law or policy that adversely effects their profits.
Without right or wrong or health or anything else even being considered.
