The attorney for renegade rancher Ammon Bundy is creating what he claims is the future of legal defense in high-profile criminal cases: Crowdsourcing witnesses using social media.

Bundy, 40, was ... arrested, along with dozens of others, when standoff ended and is currently facing several federal charges—charges his attorney hopes to beat with the help of social media websites like Facebook and Twitter.

In April, Bundy’s attorney, Mike Arnold, took to social media to urge supporters of the ranchers—many of whom are members of anti-government “Patriot” groups and militias across the country—to send any photos or videos they may have from the highly publicized standoff.

“We are looking for photos at the refuge protest that you own (that is, took the photo) and are willing to donate the rights to Ammon, such as photos shaking hands with LEO/FBI, improving the refuge, at press conference, etc,” Arnold’s law firm posted on its Facebook page on April 1. The attorneys have issued several other “crowdsourcing action alerts” since Bundy’s February arrest ...

by this time next week. What is it with this Skousen Militia Constitutional crowd,sure seems this is a effort to either taint the jury pool or are they shooting for some type of miss trial.

Attorney's are about to try and get a miss trial with their Skousen Constitution defense. Watch and see if the Judges declare gag orders and closed Court Rooms.

Here in Vegas,there is a ton of tension surrounding this case,and Metro is on pins and needles after what happened in Bunkerville. Just the armed threat by the Militia Groups was not enough,but the death of two on duty Officers done by two people who were at the Bundy dump. There are a few nit wits here that will try to stir the pot for their personal gains.
