State Party Officials Reportedly Displeased with Clinton-DNC 'Laundering' Scheme

State Party Officials Reportedly Displeased with Clinton-DNC 'Laundering' Scheme
Source: Common Dreams

Hillary Clinton's use of a so-called joint fundraising committee, through which her presidential campaign, the Democratic National Committee (DNC), and 32 state party committees can solicit big-money donors, is under fire not just from rival Bernie Sanders, but also from state party officials and their allies, according to reporting by Politico.

Politico's deep dive into the latest Federal Election Commission filings, published Monday, shows that the Hillary Victory Fund "has transferred $3.8 million to the state parties, but almost all of that cash ($3.3 million, or 88 percent) was quickly transferred to the DNC, usually within a day or two, by the Clinton staffer who controls the committee."

The analysis continues:

By contrast, the victory fund has transferred $15.4 million to Clinton’s campaign and $5.7 million to the DNC, which will work closely with Clinton’s campaign if and when she becomes the party’s nominee. And most of the $23.3 million spent directly by the victory fund has gone towards expenses that appear to have directly benefited Clinton’s campaign, including $2.8 million for “salary and overhead” and $8.6 million for web advertising that mostly looks indistinguishable from Clinton campaign ads and that has helped Clinton build a network of small donors who will be critical in a general election expected to cost each side well in excess of $1 billion.

I'm shocked! Shocked!

What has she done? What has improved? Where have we made gains?

We haven't. We have lost 11 governorships, 13 U.S. Senate seats, 69 House seats, and 913 state legislative seats and 30 state legislative chambers.

This report, commissioned by the DNC after we had our asses handed to us in the 2014 midterm is largely being ignored.

it has been given lip service only. No actual effort has been made in years to court new talent.

I mean seriously, in a country with millions of Democrats, the only viable candidate is another Clinton. I mean that in a generic, non-partisan way - not a ding her as a person - but we seem to keep rehashing the same people, over and over again.

The first example might also be allegedly being used for other laundering going on using "shell companies" and personal "foundations" allegedly

Of course there are some non political personal wealth money laundering happening allegedly regarding arms sales and influence peddling, allegedly of course, until proven other wise. Regardless, they still follow three steps most money laundering employs.

1)Placement
2)layering
3)Integration

Wait what about all those Clinton supporters crying foul about Bernie not doing anything for Democrats as per $$. (less than 1 %?) um isn't that about as much or smaller than what Bernie might be doing. Boggles my mind how many laws or rules she's gonna break if she ever gets on top She's too scary to me. I need someone with a bit more candor and some sense of humor (obama has it) Bernie has it. Hillary's always comes out forced. Like oh Uhura translating stuff into Klingon on which one Trek 3 or 5? can't remember. don't translate right. and she laughs forcfully and cuts the mic no laughing

the american people can't pay her enough to be represented in her government.

we see how well Clinton, Inc. did when she was SoS. Can't wait to see how it plays out when the whole US government is a leisurely service of ClintonCo

are super delegates that have pledged to support her.

That's her super delegate bribe money, keep your damn hands off it if you know what's good for your hand. I was called a liar when I first mentioned that down ticket money was bribe money, mostly silence about it now for some reason.

Lot's of people are going to have buyers regrets if Hillary wins the nomination but it won't do all of us any good because it will be too late. When she loses the general election, and even if somehow she wins the general, the Democratic party will see a mass exodus which will eventually destroy the party. But never fear, it won't be Hillary's fault of the party disintegrates, it will be Bernie's fault. Of course if she loses the general election it will be the liberals fault as always.
