After 2 days of exhaustive Google searches, I was only able to come up with two articles on this story.

1) From July 6, 2016, a Snopes.com article:
LAWSUIT CHARGES DONALD TRUMP WITH RAPING A 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL
"A civil suit against Donald Trump alleging he raped a 13-year-old girl was dismissed in California in May 2016 and refiled in New York in June 2016"
http://www.snopes.com/donald-trump-rape-lawsuit/

2) From the New York Real Estate News website, "The Real Deal" from 6/20/ 2016
'JANE DOE FILES RAPE COMPLAINT AGAINST TRUMP IN NY COURT
"Allegations filed - and dismissed - in California by the same plaintiff"
http://therealdeal.com/2016/06/20/jane-doe-files-civil-rape-complaint-against-donald-trump-in-ny-court/

NOTE: As a rule, I do not use "Snopes.com as a "source" for anything.
However, since MSM and even the "alternative" news sites have chosen not to cover this story, I am including the Snopes.com article here only for "background" on this story.
(I couldn't find anything in the Snopes.com article that appeared to be untrue)

are ordered to testify at trial.

So no, for now he will not be appearing. That is what attorneys are paid the big bucks for - to represent their clients and their interests.

1:16-cv-04642 <--- look that up at PACER, not PACER Monitor, if you want details. See: https://ecf.nysd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/iquery.pl and run a query (yes, you need an account, and it's not free).

So long as one is requested.

It says absolutely nothing about the merits of a case.

coverage soon? That is, if there is a window of opportunity between his daily fiascos.

I am still interested in the possibility that Meredith McIver may be phony. And dug and found that his great grandmother was named McIver. Which I think is just way too coincidental. But, seems that whole thing is yesterday's fiasco news !

Like Noah said on the daily show the other night about Trump..."Hey, we comedians don't have time to make up stuff"

I'm sending off requests to investigate this story every day...to all the "progressive" news sites, because MSM refuses to cover it.

I don't know anything about Meredith McIver..but I will check that out

in the Trump organization since 2001. She is co-author on most of Trump's books. However, there was zero info about her out there and many think she doesn't truly exist. Given Trump's pension for aliases, guessing that she doesn't really exist.

However, she took the fall for Melania's plagiarism of the convention speech. My post was about how I found an ancestor of Trump's named McIver. I thought that that was way too coincidental. If you were going to invent someone - what are the odds that you would name her the same name as your great grandmother in Scotland ?
