LEAKED EPA MEMO MANDATES ANTI-LEAK TRAINING: All federal agency employees this week will undergo a one-hour training course for employees on preventing leaks, according to a EPA memorandum slipped under the door to {Morning Energy}. “As federal government employees and federal contractors, we have a responsibility to properly protect this information from unauthorized disclosure,” Donna J. Vizian, acting assistant administrator for EPA’s Office of Administration and Resources Management, wrote. The agency didn’t respond to request for comment.
