Tillerson (Putin's award-winning buddy) dismantles the State Department by removing as many career diplomats who have all the skill and knowledge to maneuver the US in a very complex world.

I believe it was Russians who recommended Tillerson to Trump who had never known him before.

And the result is plain to see.

Putin was able to ensnare quite a few others who work in our government.

I WISH it were unbelievable.

Without statesmanship and diplomacy, conflicts are either unresolved or resolved through war.
