Agency sees health care overhaul as a boon!

Worst-case scenario: The federal health care industry overhaul, if it is allowed to take full effect, could result in 20 million people losing their employer-sponsored insurance in 2019, according to analysis from the Congressional Budget Office.

But even that cloud has a silver lining: A larger-than-expected increase in the number of Americans dropped from employer-sponsored health plans could actually reduce, rather than expand, the cost of the Affordable Care Act and, by extension, the federal deficit.
