Fifteen years ago, on the day the World Trade Center fell, the Pentagon burned and almost 3,000 people died, hundreds of aircraft carrying thousands of passengers were ordered to land.

Any one of the planes in the air that morning of Sept. 11, 2001, could have been another death missile. Who knew how big this terrorist attack was?

When the United States shut down its airspace, tiny Gander International Airport in Newfoundland opened its runways, taking in 38 wide-body planes on transatlantic routes.

Too bad PUtin is using his tool, agent orange, to try and destroy this great country. I hate the very day he was born and every single little thing about him, he has exactly zero redeeming qualities, the worst person in the world. What he's doing to Canada is just so tragic and wrong, it would be unbelievable from anyone but the orange excrement.

To know how great our relationship with Canada has been, what great neighbors, just makes me furious that Trump is trying to destroy that special relationship.

I shared it with my daughter and son-in-law, who live in Toronto. As a birthday gift, she took me to see “Come From Away,” the musical based on this story. It was one of the most powerful theater experiences I’ve ever had, and a wonderful respite from the dystopian nightmare we’re living under since that depraved creature took over the White House.
