I'm about 80% certain that Romney will pick a Latino for his VP candidate. It makes a lot of sense in terms of political calculus. The key from the GOP perspective -- and the nimble part -- is that this VP candidate can't be too strong one way or the other on immigration or else it might blow up in Romney's face.

The hard part is to find someone that has less personality than Mitt and a pulse.
