into custody and make her serve the same time that he did for lying.

The only way this story could have been worse would have been a white girl accusing, instead of a black girl.

you are right that wanetta gibson is evil. this story demonstrates how money can drive people to do unbelievable things to others. even when they know what they are doing is wrong.
explains scotty walker and other politicians behavior too.

i agree with the lumberjack. she ought to serve bank's sentence and pay him restitution. she should have to pay back the district that she sued too.

If she hadn't bragged about it, the accuser would have let Banks spend the rest of his life in jail in exchange for her $1.2 million settlement.

The cure for injustice is justice. She should serve out the rest of his sentence and pay $1.2 million to Banks in restitution.
