Our river used to run black almost every Sunday morning around daylight. It didn't help to report it to anybody. That was back in the '60s and '70s.

explosion while fixing one of the oil wells. I can only imagine what that area is like. To be sure they are creating jobs, but in an environment of much less regulation there are bound to be serious issues re safety and the environment.
