Legalization of MJ

I suppose this is news as its being voted on today, but if 2-3 states fully legalize regulated Marijuana, do you guys think it will force the federal government to step in? My dream says that Obama comes out in his second term and says that MJ is no longer a class X drug and that states have the power to decide in that case.

My fear is that this will become a states rights issue where the feds sue the states or visa versa and a bunch of conservative judges will get to choose.

Or be sued, depending on how they respond. But they will lose. That's why I don't think Potus and DOJ will act.
Search all the threads on this topic. The war on drugs begins to end tonight !

The end comes faster if Potus reschedules
But it really doesn't matter. The ample science and data on the issue is what matters. It's overwhelming.
