Can't find the exact quote, but he basically said "the more the public knows about the TPP, the more they would hate it". And Kirk is pushing for the TPP.

That's why you don't hear anything about it.

The 1% have the best representation their money could buy.

So don't worry. It's a lot like what the US does now but with even more powerful corporations that can actually litigate a nation into complete collapse.

More fun and profits for corporate elites and more control of citizens by foreign corporations.

The T-Pee-Pee will rid the US of farmer's markets. The agreement (not a treaty) will give foreign corporations the right to ensure their profits by filing complaints of unfair trade practices against nations that give their local or national products preference over foreign products. This would make the Buy American laws currently on our books illegal and force Farmer's Markets to allow foreign products to be sold.
