be elected President and the DINO democrats like Hillary and Obama that were getting all the money and support used to push him aside in every way, not letting him debate them or meeting them on a level playing field.

He was a team player. Trouble was, he was running to show, not to win. He ran into the peter principal, instead of still being in a more appropriate office for him he went for something so far out of his reach that he took the eye off his own job and well, did not do enough pothole repair in his state to secure the victory, even with gerrymandering.

Kucinich is really just the same as Mike Bloomberg(and that is a compliment). Just overreached.
Mayor, House, Senate, Assembly.
Why is he out of office?

Jerry Brown didn't give up and whine and cry. Jerry went into very small jobs in California, and continues to this day acheiving in the public sector.

BTW, LBJ was 10,000 times MORE liberal than Kucinich ever was, on all the more important issues of the day.

BTW2-Russert took Kucinich out of the debates. Why didn't Kucinich, instead of wasting all his time anwering Russert's time wasting Conspiracy theories question with Hey Tim, why don't you STFU and ask me a relevant political question you big sellout? Why didn't Dennis question why the megarich Russert left his father in a home after making his millions writing sob stories about his father and using him? Dennis should have done that.
Strange the above post blames our 44th President and our 45th President for that.

Why not blame someone who's actual fault it was, say like any 3rd party presidential candidate over the years, who stopped what should have been 83 years of Democratic presidents.

But then some hated Adlai Stevenson too for Ike, who was some war monging dufus who in the twilight of his life said one sentence totally out of whack with his lifestyle against war, who was the first to use a nickname later perfected by the Bush family.

Fuck it...the crazies have taken over...and punking us every day.

I was never a supporter of him. I like him and I think he's a cool dude with a beautiful family and I'm proud for him and them to be the face of America to the world, but I would have preferred a real liberal for President for a change and that wasn't Hillary Clinton for me either. I would want a President like a Paul Wellstone. I'm certain there is someone out there who can fill Wellstone's shoes and who could run for President, which I'm sure Paul Wellstone would have, had he lived long enough.

vote for candidates in the party you are registered for but I think I always did that anyway. I would go to Open Secrets to find out who were their major donors. Not quite voting for the least corporate money but making sure the corporations were progressive ones that supported progressive causes and unions.

America IS a liberal country (Progressive), just like most citizens of the world. Except maybe some religious countries where they actually believe the propaganda. That is what "they" are trying to do to Americans.

Goddamnit, we have to make a stand. Occupy was a start. IMO, the movement (beside being trivialized by the MSM) was too restrained by all of the committees that their proclamations went through.
Maybe, (it is Spring) we can have a movement where all of the goals are pre-defined (like publicly financed elections) and no more proclamations are made until we reach that goal.
We will only get a real representative government through relentless civil unrest. The wealthy have been relentless in their class war even though most of it has been covert.
We must be overt and educate the people to get a real representative government. At this point we are just slaves while the privileged few have their own laws and limitless resources.
Fight or die and we will die a million deaths living as cowards. When I say "fight", hopefully it is not physical. The people know they are being treated as non-citizens unless they are wealthy..this includes our armed services and policeman/women. Sadly, many of them have bought into the lie...that is where education comes in.
If we just keep abiding by the "law" we will never be real, free human beings.

Somebody could pay to have it viewed or shared via a video sharing site, such as shareyoutubevideos.com. I use it all the time to get my videos noticed.

There are some outliers, a few real progressive dems such as Alan Grayson, but the official Big D party apparatus is what republicans largely were post FDR and pre ex "B" actor Ronald Reagan. This started under Clinton and he recently admitted he was wrong about some things back then.

The different in dynamics between the far right and the far left is weird, mainstream republicans are being pushed further right because they're scared of a primary challenge from tea party types, while dems take the progressive voters for granted, shaft us, and get away with it time after time.

and along those lines, one small, but I think important step is to sign up with Credo for long distance and cell phone service. VERY progressive company. Each month, you can "round up" your bill to support great causes that come under the categories civil rights, economic and social justice, environment, peace and international freedom, and voting rights and civic participation.

Just got a sheet that summarizes their activity for 2012 - some examples:

$104,573 for ACLU
$195,149 for Planned Parenthood
$103,000 for Earthjustice
$95,290 for Amnesty International
$76,988 for Oxfam
$89,455 for Mother Jones Investigative Fund
$141,307 for Doctors Without Borders

Altogether there are 40 organizations that have shared nearly $3 million from Credo customers donations. Oh, and when you call Credo, you get a courteous, live person FAST!
