I changed the district number from 22 to 18 per the comments below. i think the video still applies.

That means Murphy will wage his well-financed campaign against West in the newly drawn 18th district, avoiding a Democratic primary confrontation with Frankel, who has drawn money and support from the party establishment.

"Allen West abandoned his constituents to find supposedly safer political ground. Today, our campaign is putting Mr. West on notice: There is no safe district he can run to," Murphy said."
