Related: About this forumI AM Bradley Manning
this has been the best media to post on my facebook of alerting others of Bradley Manning and why it is important to pay attention to his story. US story and this trial.
Thank you to all the artist who gave their voice for this video. If you don't get it after watching this video then you are either ignorant or arrogant.
I love the bit by Tom Morello and Alice Walker at the end.
This trial is quite "In-con-ceivable"
Amidst courtroom secrecy, whistleblower and Nobel Peace Prize nominee Bradley Manning is on trial after three years of confinement.
The information that Bradley gave to the public has been a catalyst for pro-democracy movements in the Arab world, exposed the unjust detainment of innocent people at Guantanamo Bay, shown us the true human cost of our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and changed journalism forever.
There is no evidence that anyone died as a result of the leaked information, yet Bradley faces life in prison or possibly death. The greatest charge against him is that of aiding the enemy, a capital offense. As the public who benefited from this information, does that make us the enemy? What price will future whistleblowers pay?
Share with others, post on your Facebook, like it on the Youtube site, email to the President, your Senators, your Rep.
get the story out there.

(14,173 posts)President Obama should be ashamed and embarrassed.
Manning maybe should be reprimanded for technically disobeying orders, (I say time served). But what is criminal is refusing to address the war crimes exposed, or any credit given to Manning for things like Tunisia.

(6,119 posts)We had over 50 people in front of the Federal Courthouse in downtown Minneapolis. At least 1/3 of the people here were Veterans. Lots of signs, and several people had whistles. We took one by one photos of "I am Bradley Manning" and i hope the women who took them can make a video linking them together. There were some new people who were just walking by and once they were informed of Bradley manning they wanted their picture taken also.
