saddened by how astounded they are by the difference between the political leaders I grew up with in comparison to what they've come to know in their lifetimes. Far different from the old fogey saying "Back in MY day...," all you need is some attentiveness from thoughtful kids: no need to beat the idea to death yourself.

Amazing how President Kennedy's words are so relevant today. How ironic & sad that 50 years later the Republican Agenda is now to stop people from voting. Thank you Lawrence for this beautiful Rewrite!!!
