Sadly they are choosing to do so by attacking the leaker and not addressing the issue itself.

Not much of a debate when one side keep avoiding the issue.

Proof they follow personality (St Obama) where progressives follow principle.

Yes, Beck and Paul happen to show up on the side of the angels on the issue of privacy but I think they are taking principled stands unlike the libs who are just trying to mop up after their boss with moronic defenses

...is opposed to the leaks and Bill Scher of "Liberal Oasis" defends the NSA spying.

I disagree with them, but they're liberals.

"Progressives" are too afraid to call themselves liberal since right-wingers have tried to make 'liberal' a bad word.

Liberals are more liberal than progressives. Liberals don't support authoritarianism.

that Snowden has provided plaintiff "standing" for federal lawsuits. The SCOTUS WILL have to deal with this shit. Finally...

The fact of NSA spying is rather old news to me. But because of the secrecy aspect of it, all cases brought against it have been thrown out after initial wins against it, by federal appeals courts, due to lack of "standing". That shit is officially over, thanks to Snowden and the Verizon Document...

This shit needs to be "fast tracked" to SCOTUS immediately.... Blatantly obvious 4th Amendment violations...
