Who's the judge who took kickbacks from the frackers? No judge with any integrity would hold a child to a lifelong binding contract, let alone curtail their freedom of speech.

If so, they would face some hurdles challenging this. It's a contract. Maybe they ran out of money to sue so they settled and this is the best they could get. Settlement agreements usually have a confidentiality clause about the nature of the conflict and the settlement. i wonder how the terms got out,if that is at all the case here.
