Thom Hartmann: Are Americans becoming less not more conservative?



Sarah Jaffe, AlterNet joins Thom Hartmann. Conservatives like Rick Santorum and Marco Rubio will tell you America is becoming a nation of Conservatives. Is this really the case - or are they sorely mistaken?

... stand on the issues, but the right has been doing an excellent job of telling us we are conservative while smearing the word "liberal". There was a post a few weeks ago citing a study that said "progressive" was America's most popular self-identification label.



Thom mentioned a "Spanish-language Rush Limbaugh" trying to use Catholicism as a lever to get Hispanics to vote conservative. Anybody know more about that?
