Thom Hartmann: If Al Qaida had Incorporated - SCOTUS Would Say They're Innocent!

Greg Palast, investigative journalist joins Thom Hartmann. The Supreme Court will decide if a corporation can kill or torture you and not have any responsibility for it. Yes, that's actually what was argued today, and the corporations want no responsibility at all! Giving corporations free rein to commit genocide would be a disastrous decision by this Supreme Court - and move us closer to the corporatocracy where life is - to quote Thomas Hobbes - nasty, brutish, and short.

is because the majority of judges on that unelected court have been paid off by those very same corporations.

Corruption in the judiciary is the standard today.

somewhat similar to "move your money day" which seems to have been quite successful.

Since it's becoming increasingly obvious that corporations are the only entities that really matter - more important than human beings, the natural world, and even the planet itself, perhaps there should be a national movement for everyone to incorporate him or herself - an LLC would probably be the best choice as it's relative simple and inexpensive.

Sort of a ju jitsu move - using the enemy's own weight and strength to one's own benefit.

This is just off the top of my head. I thnk it has merit.
