Yes, that's actually what was argued today, and the corporations want no responsibility at all! Giving corporations free rein to commit genocide would be a disastrous decision by this Supreme Court - and move us closer to the corporatocracy where life is - to quote Thomas Hobbes - nasty, brutish, and short.

Corruption in the judiciary is the standard today.

Since it's becoming increasingly obvious that corporations are the only entities that really matter - more important than human beings, the natural world, and even the planet itself, perhaps there should be a national movement for everyone to incorporate him or herself - an LLC would probably be the best choice as it's relative simple and inexpensive.
Sort of a ju jitsu move - using the enemy's own weight and strength to one's own benefit.
This is just off the top of my head. I thnk it has merit.
