Which of the four cases of chemical weapons use that were brought up in the report do you see as "full of shit"?

An article in De Morgen here in Belgium listed even more cases of WMD use by the US or its allies, and included 3 of the 4 mentioned by RT...and none of these are disputed. Are you trying to say the US did NOT use Agent Orange in Vietnam or DU and white phosphorus in Fallujah, Iraq?
