Thanks for posting it. Some DUers are trying to minimize and poo-poo this as no big deal,
but they are just trying to white-wash this unconstitutional over-reaching piece of shit called
HR 347.

not 100% sure what to think about it. But I think it deserves to be questioned thoroughly.

Laws should be easier to read.

If this law is a problem, I can't figure out why all our favorite members of congress voted for it.

in wanting to "figure out" why our favorite Congress Critters actually
voted FOR this questionable bill without one peep of protest or push-
back what-so-ever.

Calling Bernie Sanders? Please help us out on this, since you apparently
voted FOR this bill, in that it passed in US Senate unanimously.

And it leaves too much up to the interpretation of the powers-that-be.

Aren't I grand? I told them that there's nothing they could do right now to garner more support (or at least less opposition) from a broad swath of the electorate, than to veto this bill on account of the vagueness of the language.

with VETO-PROOF OVERWHELMING MAJORITIES.

And that sums up the current situation facing Obama.

What is Obama supposed to do with this?

Veto it anyway? ... and at least "send a message"
to Congress that this wannabe "law" is patently
"unconstitutional". <==this would be my choice

HR 347 acts in direct violation of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. "Congress shall make no law...prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
Protect the Constitution. Protect our rights. Please sign this petition asking President Obama to veto the bill.
