that things will be fixed and get better (for blue states and cooperative red states). Refreshing, compared to most of the other progressive pundits. Robert Gibbs is a useless tool, have I mentioned that?

First, it's much easier to do politically.

But second, it won't take long for businesses to figure out it saves them a shitload of money.

I can't remember the rule--don't the states have to wait until 2017 or so? I'm pretty sure California and Vermont will be ready to jump in right away and once a few states do, many more will follow. Because, as you say, it will save money for taxpayers and that will show.

Single payer is pro-business and that's exactly how we'll get it, one liberal state at a time. like Vermont. That's how Canada did it. Even American auto companies have endorsed it.
