The title of the post is a paraphrase from a slimy, asshole defense attorney who is demonizing the victim in the case. Not only did he say she was lying because she got caught sneaking out but he also threw out the sentence "what did she expect to happen at 1:00 am?" As if sneaking out at 1:00am is some unusual thing that kids do and she should have expected the consequences of being raped because she sneaked out.
