In it, Wolff talked at greater length about Mondragon.

I've seen him refer to it as well, well cooperatives are central to his solution of course, but who knows maybe it's a vid I haven't seen.

I was also thinking of Wolff when seeing this segment. I suspect Thom may be a socialist.
