Jon Stewart addressed the elephant in the room Thursday night: the rest of the world hates the United States. Between drone strikes and NSA surveillance, no one is happy with the U.S. right now, but Stewart attempted to soften the blow and argue that the U.S. isn’t an “overly aggressive paranoid superpower,” just a really good listener.
