Former Cop Charged With Manslaughter After Firing 41 Shots At Suspect

"A grand jury indicted a former Texas police officer Monday on a manslaughter charge in the fatal shooting of an unarmed suspect following a high-speed pursuit.
A judge set bond Tuesday at $100,000 for 33-year-old Patrick Tuter, who's accused of firing 41 shots at 25-year-old Michael Allen Vincent following a half-hour chase on Aug. 31, 2012.
Investigators said Tuter, who stopped to reload twice, struck Allen three times, killing him.*"

- While the other cop just stood there and didn't fire a shot. This one does not pass the smell test.I don't understand this comment.
Are you commenting that the cop who fired all the rounds is not the only shooter, the other cop did nothing or the cop is such a terrible shooter that , well, I'm not sure where to go with the latter.
I cannot foresee any circumstances wherein two cops in separate police cars -- give chase to a speeder -- and once having pinned in the (unarmed) suspect in his truck -- then one cop empties 41 rounds into the truck of the suspect -- having to stop and reload his weapon TWICE -- while the other cop just stands there with his finger up his arse and watches it all?
