As long as people like the Mars candy heiress can kill someone in a car crash and walk away with a $2400 fine he's wrong. There are most certainly dual court systems in this country. One for the rich and one for the rest of us.

who got off scot free in Texas. Doesn't matter how many DUI's she has or how many vehicular homicides ...
