Jon Stewart helped explain Wednesday night the exact difference between corporations and people: when people get in trouble with the law, they can’t pay a shitload of money to settle everything out of court. But corporations? Yes they can!

As long as people like the Mars candy heiress can kill someone in a car crash and walk away with a $2400 fine he's wrong. There are most certainly dual court systems in this country. One for the rich and one for the rest of us.
