And people have the wrong idea about what a shill does....they don't necessarily promote the viewpoint of the one that pays them, and in fact to be effective they often claim they are on the other side of it to discredit that side with crazy talk...and that is what he does.
And yes I believe he is paid and supported by the PTB to do just that.
One of the few times I have seen him was on Perice Morgan, and his behavior was deliberately "crazy" and it stuck out like a sore thumb.
