Timm: 'Americans would be shocked to know what US Justice Department is up to'

Earlier the year the founder of the Megaupload website was arrested and thrown to jail. He was accused of running a criminal enterprise - the Megaupload that helped millions of people pirate music and movies. But the court has now ruled that the restraining order that allowed athorities to seize his assets in the first place was "null and void". This means that the police has illegally invaded dotcom's home and illegally took all his things. This whole incident raised questions about the way business is conducted at the Department of Justice in the US. Trevor Timm, activist for Electronic Frontier foundation joins RT's Kristine Frazao for more.
