Doesn't he sit during Supreme Court sessions and say nothing? One would think he'd ask a question or two using his jurisprudence intellect, or maybe waxing philosophical about a case, but I've read that he says nothing.
He just sits quietly throughout the proceedings then votes the way Scalia votes.

That needs to campained on. If the dems can win the house and keep the senate, impeachment of this assclown and impeachment of Scalia. They are guilty of accepting bribes.
