ISSUE: There has been some controversy concerning this video (FIRST ONE ON TOP). If it is actually Rush Limbaugh or perhaps Chris Christie! The latter did not want to be seen on the "bridge" going over the water, while Rush being older knew he would collapse the bridge.
ANSWER: It is confirmed it is Rush Limbaugh. How do we know this you ask? If you watch the video you will see Rush unleash his bean air philosophy on his listeners but the key point that establishes that this is RUSH not Chris Christie is "HOW" the "SH*T" was flying out as seen on the video! The fecal matter blasted out was not as a straight stream but rather shot out in a circular "blocked" pattern.
RUSH LIMBAUGH got out of Vietnam because he had a CYST on his ass!

Thus the fecal matter is sprayed in a "spiraling circle". (see the video). 
If this were Chris Christie it would shoot unopposed and just drop out. But Rush is even a bigger blow hard with an in grown hair follicle cyst that got him out of Vietnam. Thus the cone projection rather than drop down. If it were Chris Christie the fecal matter would be a jersey Strong drop down rather than shooting out in every direction.
The Morale: Pay close attention to Republican shit if you want to establish exactly which Republican is talking! Please note forensic experts have viewed this video and certified the fecal matter is Tea Bag free! Thus just plain GOP Sh$T
