The unfairness of it all will always haunt Israel until there is a FAIR Palestinian state solution — not some bantustan, apartheid charade.

This video is viciously anti-Jew, as are most of the other videos posted by this Youtube user.

Is this yet another "Palestinians can do no wrong, Israel and Jews can do no right" -type post?
Sure does look that way.

Claiming the video is "viciously anti-Jew" because you disagree with the other videos the user has uploaded on Youtube is ridiculous. I also love how you keep using Jews to refer to Israel when not all Jews are Israelis. Israel is a country. Israel doesn't represent all Jews, the same way Saudi Arabia doesn't represent all Muslims. And this isn't a "Palestinians can do no wrong, Israel can do no right" video, it's a history lesson into why this conflict exists.

show that they can enforce a peace agreement. Israel has abandoned territory and turned it back to the Palestinians. Palestinians need to show that they can enforce peace if they receive returned land. That's how peace is won. That's how negotiations work.

Israel has not abandoned any territory in the West Bank. They only pulled out of Gaza because it was a security nightmare for them. Even after withdrawing, they turned the place into a vast prison.

For the Israelis to demand total peace, while continuing to abuse the Palestinians is absurd. And without a national policing agency, it is an impossible thing to ask given all the accumulated hatred on both sides. It is the typical Israeli impossible demand to kill any peace deal.

The Saudis offered a workable, just peace plan that included the mainline Arab countries recognizing Israel and agreeing to cooperation. The Palestinians agreed to that deal. The Israelis turned it down flat.

9. Sorry this film is problematic

http://www.adl.org/israel-international/anti-israel-activity/c/occupation-101.html

The film attempts to show that in 1947-1948 Jewish forces possessed a far superior power vis-à-vis the Arab militias and invading armies. As a visual demonstration of this point, the film uses footage from archived material that is actually documenting Israeli forces from the 1967 Six-Day War. The anachronistic misplacement of relatively modern tanks and guns is designed to reinforce the film’s erroneous claim that Israel was implementing a preplanned “ethnic cleansing operation” against the Arab population. There is no acknowledgment of any Israeli security considerations.

In its attempt to delegitimize Israel, the film portrays it as an artificial foreign entity that was created by a colonialist power, the British, and sustained through the support of today’s superpower, the U.S., against the interests of the indigenous population. It minimizes Jewish connection to the land and the international legitimacy given to the State of Israel, as well as Israel’s success in creating a vibrant democratic state.

At the same time, the film plays down Palestinian accountability, portraying Palestinian and Arab violence as almost a non-factor in the conflict. Some of the interviewees denounce suicide bombings as a counterproductive tactic, but the film contextualizes such bombings as “weapons of the weak.” For the most part, the film simply ignores the issue of terrorism, portraying all outbreaks of Palestinian violence as popular and legitimate reactions to injustice and oppression. For example, the film’s narrator whitewashes the 1929 pogroms against the ancient Jewish communities in Safad and Hebron as a reaction to land confiscations.

They've also honored Fox News' Rupert Murdoch and are also wrong about the weapons capabilities Israel had access to in 1948. http://balagan.info/weapons-and-vehicles-of-the-arab-israeli-wars#Artillery

They even go so far as to accuse Jewish groups that criticize Israel as being anti-semetic.

In a Monday report, the Anti-Defamation League – the self-described “premier civil rights/human relations agency” in the United States – slammed what it called the “Top 10 Anti-Israel Groups in America.” Among those listed: several groups with Jewish leaders and activists, and two explicitly Jewish organizations.

“I don’t think that everybody realizes the amount of Jews that are involved in some anti-Israel activity in this country,” Oren Segal, who directs the ADL’s Center on Extremism, told Salon Monday. “They are saying, ‘You are Jews, but your way of being Jews is not OK,” countered Sydney Levy, advocacy director for Jewish Voice for Peace. “I qualify that as anti-semitism.”

Monday’s report is a follow-up to a previous 2010 list released by the ADL. Segal emphasized that the ADL was not accusing all ten of the organizations – which include Christian, Muslim, and Jewish groups – of being anti-semitic. But he argued that tracking “anti-Israel” activity was “very consistent with our fight against bigotry,” because “Israel is sort of a convenient entity, for many years, for many people to espouse bigotry.”

Segal said that the ADL was not against all criticism of Israeli government policy, but offered three criteria for identifying what he sees as potentially anti-semitic arguments: First, “the notion that Israel is controlling the government and media”; second, “offensive parallels” referencing the Holocaust; and third, “calls for dismantling” Israel as a Jewish state. While any one of those may not automatically signify anti-semitism, argued Segal,“When we contextualize that, then we sort of can decide whether we think they’re crossing the line or not.”

You said:

From your "proof": "Segal said that the ADL was not against all criticism of Israeli government policy"

Then you claim:

They even go so far as to accuse Jewish groups that criticize Israel as being anti-semetic.

And again, from your source: "Segal emphasized that the ADL was not accusing all ten of the organizations – which include Christian, Muslim, and Jewish groups – of being anti-semitic."

Fail.

First it was the ADL’s outrageous opposition to the “Ground Zero Mosque”—not a mosque, not at Ground Zero, but an Islamic center run by exactly the sort of progressive Muslims whom America (and Israel) should support. Then it was the increasing cascade of claims that opposition to Israel—or indeed, Israel’s policies—is anti-Semitism. And now, as in recent years, the ADL once again trots out its ridiculous list of “the top ten anti-Israel groups based in America,” including Students for Justice in Palestine, Code Pink, and Jewish Voice for Peace. Come on.

Here’s the part of the article where I rehearse, once again, my own centrist bona fides. I am a two-stater, J-Streeter, and progressive Zionist. I have been vilified by some on the Left for being an apologist for colonialism, racism, and genocide. I do not support BDS, and do not believe the State of Israel is inherently immoral. Okay?

But this is ridiculous.

First, what were the criteria for the ADL’s list? Support for BDS, participating in anti-Israel activities, and supporting anti-Israel policies. In fact, none of these is actually anti-Israel.
