Embattled Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Maliki refuses to step down as the country's President names a new Premier. Anti-war activist Brian Becker says Washington has turned its back on Maliki because he no longer serves U.S. interests in Iraq.

And now we've fallen out of love with Maliki. If he's not careful he'll end up like Gaddafi, who displeased the almighty US by wanting to put the African continent on the gold Dinar instead of the PETRODOLLAR. Tsk tsk... Oh, wait...it was a humanitarian intervention. Yeah, that's it.

It boggles the mind.
