Of course innocent until proven guilty, and we don't yet know what back stories might exist, but it has the earmarks of having been racially motivated in it's initiation.

Possibly, they'd have beaten down whomever they saw, regardless of race or sex or age.

Fortunately, the video shows the individuals assaulting the boy, good evidence for the police. But who was the dunce who took the video, stood by, laughed and posted the video?

I assumed she was part of the gang and was recording it to amuse themselves with later.

when someone is being injured or needs help, many simply pull out their cellphone cam and become a cameraman now.

Perhaps due to cellphone obsession, increasingly few people are present in their own lives whether that is eating dinner as a group, driving (while texting) or watching someone get beaten up right in front of you.

Any Violence of this nature, by Black Males, White Males, Hispanics or any other group should be condemned.

This is exactly the same crap i grew up with back in the early Seventies in So Cal..
Racism was high.. Neighborhoods in any City in any State were segregated..
A White Guy like myself would not walk in any Black areas as this would be the result..
Another result was Fear of any Group of young Black Men by Whites.. By design, the Black Panthers used Gang tactics to intimidate the Whites..
I saw it to many times.. One White Kid getting his Ass kicked by a Group of Black Kids..
