should have been over there making photo ops with their families on their awesome Iraq
vacation and flooded the media with all the wonderful photos and video of how the
country was prospering.

This is boosh's war....plain and simple. Remember: you go home with them that brought you...

Republicans that GWB owes this Country an apology for pissing away $4 Trillion and lying to get us into war. He should be kissing BO's shoes for not charging him and Cheney for war crimes and throwing his ass in jail, where it belongs.

Shouting down and over Jay Carney. McCain simply wouldn't let him speak. McCain openly claimed that we "Won" in Iraq.

Flip channel to Fox.... McCain again. Of course Hannity nodded in acceptance as everyone (Ollie North and some former Colonel guy) based their whole discussion on our "Win".

Scholarly work on Nazism and the nature of human evil finds that one of the most signal characteristics is the total psychological inability to accept being wrong about anything. They will go to insane lengths to shift blame. They're sort of people who would beat their child to death and get angry in court that the kid made them do it. As if we lacked evidence that Republicans are exactly that, and will drag this country as far into nightmare as they're allowed.

Positivity and moving forward are all well and good, and I can easily imagine circumstances where it would be impractical to make a move on those bastards, but he needed to have just stood up and said openly why. "Look, these people control the media and a huge swath of the economy, and unless you want them pushing the suicide-bomber-vest button on another five million jobs and staging terrorist attacks all over America, we can't prosecute their beloved former dictator. At least not yet."

However, there's no excuse for not at least pursuing a T&R Commission.

Now we have ISIS (thank you, Dick Cheney). Who are these guys, and why?

What gains?

All we did was keep profits up for Halliburton.

WHY aren't Cheney, Rumsfeld and W. being tried for war crimes? They and their neo-con ilk have nearly destroyed this nation with their warmongering, privatization, deregulation and cut, cut, cuts.

When I think of what this nation COULD BE, and then see what these people have made it with our acquiescence, it makes me want to puke.

I'm not aware of any more heinous act of treason in all the history of this country. Benedict Arnold was a common opportunist in comparison.

...If we wanna talk about SQUANDERING, let's talk about that $236B surplus GWB SQUANDERED IN IRAQ + tax breaks for the rich. And that profiteering gig for the MIC in Iraq gained the rest of us exactly NOTHING. We took the budget surplus and GAVE it to them and the rest of the rich folks and we got NOTHING but record debt. Same thing we usually get with Tealiban is in power: slammed into record debt for the exclusive benefit of the rich and big corporations.

Excuse me but f*ck you, Republicans. With a cactus.
