But just like the Republican version of conservatives, they are never for anything, they just seem to instinctively be against everything.

I barely thing of them as conservatives anymore I have brought back the old term reactionary which seems to fit them better. It's as if they are incapable of having an idea of their own and just automatically form an opinion against whatever ideas others have.

A majority of Democrats DO believe that White Privilege exists.....therefore THAT is the opinion of the Democrats not necessarily the opinions.....of outsiders....that being the Democrat leaning "Independents".....

I dunno what your issue is, exactly, but I supported Obama 100% in 2012 and will be supporting Wendy Davis here in Texas where I live in this year's elections.

I'm glad they want to talk about racial issues. I think an open dialogue is a great idea. I agree with them that we should be able to talk about issues without name calling. I would love for Eric Holder to go and debate Bundy. In my opinion, more public discussions about race relations in the US, where people of different view points can feel free to describe their perception of reality without being personally attacked, would be very beneficial.
