towards the end of the video, first guy is on top of second guy on a mat and first guy has him in a headlock, second guy is unable to move while while first guy tells him to "stop resisting". WTF? He has him immobilized and tells him to stop resisting?

grown up. Too many scary things.. and now the Police are like a second military. Seems like they would rather shoot someone than talk to them, especially if you are a minority.
