The Grand Canyon fills with fog

Found this while surfing the Web.

An unusual temperature inversion coupled with moisture creates rare and beautiful spectacle.

One person said that her dad filmed a similar phenomena in the 1940s with this 8mm camera.

One person said it looked like the canyon was breathing (time lapse into one minute). Makes me wonder how often this re-occurs or if it can be predicted.
