I agree. Miami needs to encourage citizen groups and community involvement. Drive-by shootings have been happening across Dade County for years.

It is up to the 'leaders' of those community and citizens groups to step up. They do know what's going on. Rent a hall, print notices talk about it on black radio instead of filling minds with musical vanities and illusion of power behind the gun, sex and drugs. All this needs to stop. The leaders know what's going, now they have to step up. I think, as silly as it sounds, that tough love has to be given a chance to work with some of the deluded dupes doing the work of the racists. Just my opinion on the tragedy of driveby shootings that have been going on since reagan and his crowd did the Contra drugs and guns thing.
