The History Channel

Doesn't anyone know why the History channel has so much "music" that it's hard to hear the dialogue?
It's even on the commercials. It's not music, but just noise. There is no rhyme or reason to it.
I attempted to watch Revelation but I won't try for the second half. There was so much noise I couldn't even follow what was going on..not to mention that it was dark most of the time.
They do that with all their shows, some worse than others.

edited to add..I had to hunt, but finally found a place I could email in a complaint.

I recently saw Gone Girl, and it was the worst. It wasn't until half way through the movie that I figured out that the bartender was the main character's sister. I missed most of the dialogue of that movie because of the loud background music.

After exiting the theater, I noticed a large poster advertising glasses which permit the hearing impaired audience to understand what is being said. The theater manager said that option is not available for all movies, though.
